Dr. Xiangming Fang is an Associate Professor of biostatistics in the Department of Public Health at the Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University. He received his MS and PhD degrees in Statistics from The University of Iowa. Upon completion of the PhD in 2008, he became a faculty member of the ECU Department of Biostatistics. He joined the Department of Public Health in July 2022. His research is focused on statistical methods and applications in biological, environmental and health sciences.
